Need Advice for MINIMAL AAS Cycle

5'10" 183
Lifting for several years, many different methods...
As I age, I seem more prone to injury (joints/tendons/ligaments)


I'm currently on low dose TRT (Androgel) and I supplement with black market HGH (rips) 3IU/day.

Can anyone recommend anything that might help me recover a bit faster and/or help to heal or accelerate healing of tendons/ligaments? I only want to take the bare minimum that would possibly do any good, so keep that in mind. Also, please let me know what I should purchase for PCT so I can make sure I have everything on hand from the start.

Remember, bare minimum--in both dosage and cycle-length! Other than the A-Gel and HGH I have not used anything.

1) Would these amounts be taken in one dose or spread over multiple doses. And would both the T and the Deca be taken at the same time.

2) How many weeks would be good for this combination for a first timer?

1) Shoot once a week. Can mix/take them at the same time.

Okay, thanks alot--sounds like a decent place to start.

Just have to wait until I'm sure I'll have 10 weeks that my doctor doesn't want me to get a blood draw to check T levels (still working on getting the A-Gel dose right...it doesn't seem to be especially effective so far, but my doc is quite conservative).

A gel is weak and unreliable.
Your doc should have you on 125mg test/ week.

Actually, what I'm probably going to do is, after the gel continues to be insufficient, have him refer me to an endoc. Since I've already been diagnosed and have been using the gel it should be easy to have an endoc. get me on the stronger stuff. I'm just hoping that the new doctor will let me self-inject rather than having to go in--my wife is an RN, so I should be able to sell it.

My endo has me self injecting, it should not be an issue.

some docs are crappy and wont let you inject yourself or make you do the injections in their office. I found a good one, so you just gotta keep looking till you find a good doc.

You could use propionate on top of your hrt dose and go off a week or two before your bloodwork.

I've also gone off my hrt and just did the prop by itself, come bloodwork time, I am taking 20mg eod.
