Lifting for several years, many different methods...
As I age, I seem more prone to injury (joints/tendons/ligaments)
I'm currently on low dose TRT (Androgel) and I supplement with black market HGH (rips) 3IU/day.
Can anyone recommend anything that might help me recover a bit faster and/or help to heal or accelerate healing of tendons/ligaments? I only want to take the bare minimum that would possibly do any good, so keep that in mind. Also, please let me know what I should purchase for PCT so I can make sure I have everything on hand from the start.
Remember, bare minimum--in both dosage and cycle-length! Other than the A-Gel and HGH I have not used anything.
