Basic info on myself

I have been going to the gym for a little over 4yrs about 3-4 days a week now, and have been going only to stay fit, and somewhat put a few pounds on of muscle, As of late, I have decided to start pushing the pace, and go up a few notches, and start working my ass off on getting some muscle mass put on. My diet has NOT at all been clean, eating out about about 7 times per week, whether its lunch, breakfest or dinner. I dont really eat junk junk food i would say or drink sodas at all. But eating out itself is fattening.
I have done little little research on eating clean.
I need ideas as to what to eat on a daily bases and would like to know what YA'LL eat on a daily bases to fuel the muscles to grow
I would also need to know what NOT to eat and to stay away from.
My daily meals are little to nothing at all.
Probley stay around 1300-1800 calories(Just normal meals,Not high in protein or in carbs)
I need to get some good education as whats the key plan of foods to eat to reach my goal, which is to gain some muscle mass.
On another note, My workouts at the gym.
i used to go for strength, Use to try to bench, squat, blah blah blah the most.My positioning/stances were NEVER the best. And up until now i have realized, its not about the most strength, its about good posture with manageable weight. Which was nothing i knew.
I believe and have learned doing the excercise in the right posture with less weight will get you better results.
Like i said, i have set a goal for myself and will need better knowledge of dieting and excercises to achieve it.And would mostly appreciate any input and advice i am given.At the moment i am mostly concerned on the proper foods and would need to start fresh, and hit up the grocery store with a big list of goodies soon. I will do massive amounts of research to get ideas too.I just feel like i would ask the pro's as well.
