I just started my Test prop , enathate, winny and tren cycle on Feb 7 i looking for a good example diet that will help me get better results. Last cycle didnt produce the results i wanted.
Before I started my first cycle i weighed 200 in the end i weighed 225 and was powerful as an ox. But my BF% was still not in the range i wanted.
HEre is what i ate last cycle.
Last Cycle Diet-
8am-2cups High Protein Cereal 2 cups Skim milk
10am-Apple and Orange
12:30pm-Can on tuna fish ,2 liter of water, Bannana , 40 Peanuts
3:00pm-Pear
5:00pm-Preworkout Protein Shake 2 1/2 Scoops of isopure(65Grams protein)
6:30pm-Post workout Protein Shake 2scoops (isopure)(50grams protein)
8:00pm-Dinner (this is my opinion of my downfall) What ever was prepared for my family and I.
10:00pm-Sleep
-!(The pre and post workout shakes left me bloated)!-
wake up and Same thing over again
For lunch i occasionally ate Taco Bell 3 Bean Burritos when i didnt have time to prepare my lunch lol.(i plan to follow my next diet very strictly , meaning no taco bell lol)
So any diets that anyone can suggest to me would be appreciated.
