I just started my Test prop , enathate, winny and tren cycle on Feb 7 i looking for a good example diet that will help me get better results. Last cycle didnt produce the results i wanted.
Before I started my first cycle i weighed 200 in the end i weighed 225 and was powerful as an ox. But my BF% was still not in the range i wanted.
HEre is what i ate last cycle.

Last Cycle Diet-
8am-2cups High Protein Cereal 2 cups Skim milk
10am-Apple and Orange
12:30pm-Can on tuna fish ,2 liter of water, Bannana , 40 Peanuts
3:00pm-Pear
5:00pm-Preworkout Protein Shake 2 1/2 Scoops of isopure(65Grams protein)
6:30pm-Post workout Protein Shake 2scoops (isopure)(50grams protein)
8:00pm-Dinner (this is my opinion of my downfall) What ever was prepared for my family and I.
10:00pm-Sleep
-!(The pre and post workout shakes left me bloated)!-
wake up and Same thing over again
For lunch i occasionally ate Taco Bell 3 Bean Burritos when i didnt have time to prepare my lunch lol.(i plan to follow my next diet very strictly , meaning no taco bell lol)
So any diets that anyone can suggest to me would be appreciated.
 
Id cut out some of the fruit and add more protein for sure for a start
 
I am guessing that with this next cycle you're planning on bulking?
I just posted an attachment to DC Training in the "Late Bloomer" thread. Download it. It's got a sample diet for bulking that if you follow, you should put on quite a bit of mass.

Also, look for a post by a member named BigHeinz called something like "My off-season diet..." He is an IFBB pro and boasts that his diet will pack on 20lbs WITHOUT juice.

Truth-be-told, if you just use the search option on the top of the page, you can find the answer to this question. Believe it or not, it's be asked once or twice before. ;) In fact most of the questions on here can be answered just by searching and reading the board.
 
You don't state what your goals are?!?!

If you're looking to gain AND stay lean, REA's advice is good. Where's the green veggies?!?! Eat all of those you can stomach. You may want to "time-in" some carbs. I like to carb-up in the AM with my bowl of oats.

As Ethan stated, there's a TON of great posts on this board related to this topic. You could probably spend the better part of a day going through these :)
