I've got my diet squared away andn have a system that is pretty easy for me to follow but after adding up all my food i was way off (low) on my cals for each day and was going to long withlow low carbs. I've had a couple guys that compete help me out with adding up some carbs and getting it strait but neither one of these guys has ever used LBA's as part of their diet which I am , I'm having a hard time eating all the damn food and was wondering if I might be able to cut some of the food back since using the LBA's
Here is what I am and what I'm doing.
32yrs old , weight training for 17yrs steady
275lbs , 12%ish BF
weight training 5 days a week with cardio two times a day , once first thing in the AM fasted for 20 min then 20 min post workout in the eveing for 20 min , I generaly can get 8-9 cardio sessions a week.
My ASS sups are Sustanon at 500mg/wk , 40mg oral winstrol/ed
I'm doing 3 days low carbs high fat then two days high carbs low fat
Here is my diet for the low carb days. P=Protine , C=Carbs , F=Fat
4:30 - cardio & abs , Omega 3 caps
5:30 - shake , gram cracker ----------------------54g P , 42g C , 4g F
7:30 - chicken breasts , almonds and 30cc LBA's , -51g P , 20g C , 34g F
9:30 - Tuna and Almonds 15cc EVOO --------------57g P , 8g C , 39g F
11:30 - chicken breasts , 30cc LBA's --------------58g P , 13g C , 18g F
1:30 - Tuna and Almonds ,------------------------57g P , 8g C , 24g F
3:00 - chicken breast 15cc EVOO------------------32g P , 2g C , 26g F
4:00 - Train
5:30 - Shake & 30cc LBA's ------------------------58g P , 18g C , 0g F
6:30 - 6oz Sirloin --------------------------------48gr P , 0g C , 24gr F
8:30 - 30cc LBA's -------------------------------10gr , P , 10g C , 0g F
High carb day

6:00 - 1 cup oatmeal , 30cc LBA's , 20g P , 64g C , 6g F
8:00 - 2 chicken breast , 32g P , 2g C , 12g F
10:00 - 1 cup oatmeal , 30cc LBA's , 20gr P , 64g C , 6g F
11:30 - tuna on whole wheat , 59g P , 54g C , 5g F
1:00 - 1 cup oatmeal , 30cc LBA's , 20g P , 64g C , 6g F
3:00 - Tuna on whole wheat , 59g P , 54gr C , 5g F
4:00 - Train
5:30 - shake with oatmeal , 51g P , 36g C , 3g F
6:30 - tuna , large sweet potato , 51g P , 56g C , 3g F
8:30 - shake
Any way i can cut some of this food out being that I'm taking in some LBA's or what would you do to change this , I'd like to do a show in mid July , it'll be the first time I've ever competed and the lowest my BF has ever been is about 10%
