Need help/advise. I want to do my 1st show.

Ok, gentlemen

Need your expertise. I want to do my 1st show in September or October of 2017.
I do workout. Light weight training and cardio. I'm 5'1 128lbs. What is the best way of going about the process?
These is what I do now.

Food wise, I eat clean
Cardio twice a week
Weight training 3 times a week.

Supplements, multi vitamins

I want to be lean and tone. More definition

All you guidance and support will be greatly appreciated.

alot depending on where you are now , bodyfat & muscle wise and where you need to be , what class.

If you want to be "lean and tone" then I'd ad at least one more day a week to your training , better yet add two days and ditch the cardio. A good weight session burns WAY more calories than cardio.

What does "eating clean" meen , if you can give an example or what a days normal eating looks like.

its best to load them to a photo hosting site , photo bucket works ok.

Maybe I can do physics or bikini. Also, over 40.
Eat
Morning
Egg whites with greens and turkey bacon
Snack protein shake
Lunch chicken with green & sweet potatoes.
Snack rice cakes with almond butter
Dinner fish , greens and brown jasmine rice
If I'm hungry late at night a protein shake.
Like I explained. I'm no expert when it comes to the perfect workout. I do my basic. I came here by recommendation.

I got them , I'll post them in the am when i get to my desk top , this phone and i don't get along really well andnit doesn't respond to violence like i wish.

Anyway , i got them and you looks amazing , doing bikini for you would be a cake walk prep. Doing figure would be a little harder but not much , you're already pretty lean.

Your diet is obviously working for you , probably would not take much tweaking at all and like i mentioned before adjust your training to a bit more weight training to being the muscle "out" a little more.

Wow, thank you. Like I said I take care of what I eat and do, but I'm no professional. Just wanted to take it to the next level.
