Need help ASAP (bilirubin)!!!!!!

What are some good supplements besides tudca or udca it will take. A week to get here.... have a blood test in two weeks want to drop it low as I can..... will NAC work.... how much and how often.... what other supplements can I use... thanks....

Warm water with a whole lemon every morning and before bed. Also 1200 mg NAC. Works for me
