NEED HELP ? BEST WAY TO RUN VAR ?

ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIEATED,I RAN GENO'S VAR AWHILE BACK AND IT WAS AMAZING I WAS DOING 75 MG A DAY.MY QUESTION IS IM GOING TO BE DOING BIOTEC VAR THIS TIME AT 70 MG A DAY....LAST TIME I DID ALL 75MG IN THE MORNING,SHOULD I SPLIT THE DOSE THIS TIME FOR BETTER RESULTS !!!

You can do that, I think the best thing for you to do is give that a try with split doses, maybe after a while its not for you or its the best way you have run it ever, with things like this a little personal experimentation may be called for.

Never had either, I can tell you I did split dose last time I used var 50 and 50 and really liked it that way.
But that was me.

I did 50mg for 6 weeks from mrpharmaceutical and leaned out nice. is that kind of high? bp was in check, and blood work was cool. leaned out and had an increased amount of strength throughout, and still am holding quite a bit. var is good shit

I would not split the dose. It's not necesarry.
I dont know anything about BIO var
