I'm getting ready to start 2-3 IU of GH - which I'm getting from purepeptide which is a sponsor to this site. I plan on taking that long term - at least 12 months.

I'm 25yo 5'9" 165 lbs. I'm not going to be a professional body builder nor do I want to look like one. I am however looking to put on some weight/mass, I want to get ripped and not have very much BF. I'd like to get up to 185-190 lbs.

I've started drinking protein shakes and I take fish oil supplements daily and I also plan on working out at least 3-4 times a week. Basically I'm wondering if it would be in my interest to take a steriod or if the GH alone will give me the results I'm looking for.

I'm looking for something relitively inexpensive, has mild side effects and won't destroy my liver. I would also prefer to take an oral steriod then having to inject myself more then I have to already. Basically I'm seeing Anabol 10mg pills and Danabol 10mg pills as a possibility. What would be a recommended dose for a noob like me who wants to try a cycle? And which of these drugs would you prefer or is there a different one I should try?

Sorry for all the noob questions but I really am clueless when it comes to this stuff - I figured the professionals here would give me the best insight.

You need to begin with a good diet and training program first. Youre way ahead of yourself and you'll be cutting yourself short. Youve got some things to learn first.

Honestly, if youre too scared to inject, than doing steroids might not be for you. Test is always best. Orals can be okay for the first cycle....but not 2 stacked together. I recommend no steroids, yet. Get a professional trainer (Phil Hernon) to set you up with training and diet first.

I guess I should have mentioned that my normal weight is 180... I was real sick in Dec and parts of Jan and lost 15 lbs. I'm creeping my way back up to my ideal weight. So really I'm only looking to gain 10-15lbs but I'm looking to lean out and put on some mass. Thanks for your input.

I do agree that I should be dieting and working out prior to starting these things. I guess I'm looking for an easy way out - something to give me more confidence and know that if I keep working hard I'll see a big difference sooner rather than later.
 
Hey man. I was the same way. I wanted to jump right in and start getting huge etc. Now i know your 25 and to me thats a good time to start but with the questions you are asking you need to do maybe a year of good solid research as well as making sure you have your diet and workout down to the bone.

Honestly eating eating eating and using a HIT lifting program Monday Wednesday Friday and eat eat eat there is no reason why you should not grow.

Since your only 165lbs it shouldnt be hard at all to put that extra weight on. Do it natural first and do it right then, when all else fails maybe run a test e cycle for 10-12 weeks and go from there.
Hope ya got it bro and keep using that search button. I know its a bithc to keep lookin for stuff but we all had to do it so try it out. There is so much valuable information on this site but you just gotta dig for it.

That is how almost EVERYONE is. I was like that for the longest time. Wanted that edge and was sick and tired of being that small kid. I think freshmen year in highschool i was like 90lbs. (that kid whos wrists are the same size as his bicep) That was me ha. And ever since then i wanted some sort of edge but i what i found works best is getting into that mental mindset that you want to get bigger naturally.
Dont waste your money on GNC products etc that dont really do shit. Eat and extra chicken breast or 2 each day and bump up that calorie intake. Theres no reason why you shouldnt grow and especially since you USED to be 180 you should get back up to that weight No problem.
When i was 17 i got into a bad motorcycle accident and split my leg open. Went from like 150lbs back to where i was my freshmen year at like 90-100. It sucked and i wanted to get bigger quicker but eating right and doin like a HIT program M W F is IMO the best.

I guess then I can't help you, because there is no such thing as an easy way. Start with your training and diet and stop being lazy!! My guess is your out of shape at 165. No drug is going to get you in shape, with out proper training and diet!
 
The WORST thing that anyone that is lighter in weight wants to hear is. Keep Eating, Workout, and DONT TAKE gear but really that IS what it boils down to. Once you get that knowledge then once diet, training are in order then take the leap.
 
I say workout naturally for at least a year. You'll be surprised how far you can go naturally with a good workout plan and diet. Thats the honest truth. I haven't touched anything since august and im planning to keep it this way for a bit. I've realized i can still grow more naturally and im sure that is the case for you. IMO stay away from gear as long as you can.
 
Thanks all of you who responded. It seems the right thing for me to do is start a training regime and get on a good diet. A M-W-F workout is perfect for my schedule so I'm gonna give that a go for 6 months at least. Actually just got back from working out - it had been a while and my arms feel like jello.

The GH is already in the mail so I do plan on doing that still, but I'll take everyones advice lay off any roids til I do as much as I can naturally. Something I didn't mention is that I have crohn's disease, so GH is prescribed to us crohny's on occasion. So it has more benefits for me than just wanting to get big and strong. I plan on talking to my Dr before I start and see what he recommends and also I'll see about him prescribing it to me in the future.

I must have miss that article before I posted but I read through it and it was very informative. Thanks for pointing that out to me.
 
My cousin used to be a professional body builder for many years in Dallas and now is a police officer for the Dallas PD. He's been on GH for over 5 years and he was the one who turned me on to it. He takes 3 IU a day and recommends the same amount for me given my age.


How long before LE figures this one out? Nice going outting your family...:mad:
 
The best advice I ever read on this site and the smartest thing I ever did was hire a trainer (Alex Azarian). I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the trainers here from this site, wether it be Alex, Phil Hernon, Shelby.... They will all get you where you need to be.
