Can some one please direct me to where would be a good place for my wife to
speak to other women about diet, cardio and light weights?
I know its sounds dumb, we just haven't been able to find a good place for her yet.

There are several top level female athletes right here at PM she could learn from. Have her run a search or just post the topic she's interested in.
