Need help, fertility really bad numbers...hcg?

I had zero sperm count twice and both times just HCG produced healthy babies in little time, my dosing was 2500iu twice week1, weeks 2 and 3 1000iu twice weekly, 500 ius twice weekly thereafter until baby was born then back on, this was urologist supervised and was cheap and easy.

you need at leat 6 months until your system produce sperms

i would run

1-3 month

750 Units HCG every other day

3-6 month

750 Units HCG every other day
75 Units HMG every other day

dont use them at the same day,make sure that you use one day hcg and the other day hmg


to keep E2 levels low i would also sun 0.5 mg adex every other day

I saw studies a long time ago where two men had close to nothing endogenous test production after years of being off and it took them almost 1 full year on 50mg of clomid to bounce back, but it happened. The point being that it can just take a long time.

I have heard of using an AI when using HCG, like 20mg of aromasin a day to combat the aromatise from the HCG and then 50mg of clomid for the HPTA.

so 20-25mg of aromasin +50mg of clomid everyday.



I feel variccollie in my right nut, sometimes worse than others but not huge, is their any point of me getting it fixed
