Need help finding time to workout!?

Hey guys,

So I'm having trouble organizing my workout schedule with my work schedule?

I work nights as a tech at a hospital. I typically work 3, 12 hour shifts 7 am-7 pm, M,T,Th.

I have been working as a tech since March. And since then it's been HELL trying to get workouts in!!!!

I'm only getting in 1-2 workouts a week! Typically I get in 5 per week.

I'm not sure if it would be better to go workout right when I get off my shift then go home and go to bed. Or workout in the afternoon before I have too go to work? Because I also need to find time to fit in time to study for school.

Please help guys! Because this is getting monotonous!

I meant 7 pm to 7 am.

legs,
chest
back

all on seperate days, u cna add arms, shoulders etc to which day you prefer

i personyl train this way and love it
 
You have 4 days that you dont work bro. Considering you can get a good and intense workout done in about an hour, those 4 days you have 23 hours left to do with what you will. Sleep 8 hours and you have 15 hours left. Plenty of time to study, eat, relax, play with your weewee, whatever you feel like you know!?

In the end, it really depends how bad you want it. Jobs and school can be very stressful and at times you have to put your hobbys (working out) on the back burner (the gym isn't going anywhere; it will be there when your ready).

Other times its just being lazy and not being motivated enough to get off your ass and go lift some heavy shit.

How about:
Monday- You work so relax (maybe do some cardio outside or just rest)
Tuesday- Same as above.
Wednesday- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Thursday-Same as Monday
Friday- Legs (quad, ham, calf)
Saturday- Relax
Sunday- Back and Biceps

Theres your whole week boss. I usually dont post and or answer stuff like this but i guess its late and im bored so take it with a grain of salt. Hope it helped some.
 
I'd just hit 3 days like mentioned above.

Day One: Chest, Abs, and Tris
Day Two: Back, and Bis
Day Three: Legs, and Shoulders

It's hard for me to imagine only doing a three day split. I'm use to working out 5-6 days a week.

Mon-Chest/Back

Tues-Shoulders/Arms

Wed-Legs

Thurs-Chest/Back

Fri-Shoulders/Arms

Sat-Legs

That's what my typical split use to look like when I was on my A game!

I also Superset set most everything except Squats and Deadlifts.

I could try to do wed, thur, fri, sat, sun, and possibly mon.
