So I'm having trouble organizing my workout schedule with my work schedule?
I work nights as a tech at a hospital. I typically work 3, 12 hour shifts 7 am-7 pm, M,T,Th.
I have been working as a tech since March. And since then it's been HELL trying to get workouts in!!!!
I'm only getting in 1-2 workouts a week! Typically I get in 5 per week.
I'm not sure if it would be better to go workout right when I get off my shift then go home and go to bed. Or workout in the afternoon before I have too go to work? Because I also need to find time to fit in time to study for school.
Please help guys! Because this is getting monotonous!
