hey guys I need help and this is the only place I could think of because of all the experience from some of you in bodybuilding or fitness.I have a client that I've been training for 8 weeks and in those 8 weeks she has lost 26 pounds she's excited and has been telling everybody about her diet and training that I have her doing. she is doing a ketogenic diet and weight training along with HIIT cardio. she's not the reason for this post a friend of hers who has been watching her change wants me to help her now as well she is type 1 diabetic which means of course she isn't producing I know if insulin to shuttle the sugars or glucose around the bloodstream into the cells. do any of you have any experience with the nutrition side of this the macros obviously she cannot get on a ketogenic diet so we need to really watch her carbohydrate intake. do type 1 diabetics have to consume simple sugars or can they consume complex carbs only if so this shouldnt be a big problem right? hall health and life is truly appreciated the site is the only 1 that I would get information from you guys keep it real thank you
