one week i had a competition and i carbed load tee days with otmeal - banana- rice and dextrose and i was not full.
every to hours with rice 120 gr and two hours later otmeal 100gr with dextr 40gr. + 1 banana
wednesda till thursday and friday one meal with otmeal and 6 times rice.
it was enough food but i was not full - maybe i must eat more simple carbs like jelly or ice cream ???
i have my second competition the 7 june. so i will deplete and carb load in one week.
my condition was very good but 5 pounds too light.
do you carb load with more simpe carbs guys ?
