The majority of my joints are chronically painfull and loose. I just had a total hip replacement 2 months ago and it feels way better but now even my 'good' hip is beginning to snap crackle n pop
A little history: I'm 38 and been on test and deca straight for almost 7 years now probably. Dabbled a little with tren for 3-4 short cycles if that has any pertenence. Trained and fought MMA most of those years too and still train but only minimal impact stuff, jiu jitsu, conditioning. I've always done double the test to deca ratio to avoid sexual disfunction issues but I recently read that a dose of 400 deca to 200 test may be favorable to help out the joints? Really afraid of the dd consequences though as recently engaged. I've been on 800 Motrin for about 6 months at 1-2 per day but I'd like to eliminate that if possible because of health concerns. So I've been researching on here and looking into the options of Aflutop and also Adequan although havent done enough research yet to know if those would be beneficial options. Does anyone have any suggestions both with AAS combos and doses And with additional supplements and such that will be of benefit to strengthen connective tissue again and decrease my pain and inflammation? Help.... to young to be falling apart!
