I've been pushing really hard in the gym the last few months. I've been on a string of new Pr's but it is coming with a price.
After my workouts my body feels absolutely amped up. Not in a stimulant type of way, but like my nerves are super activated, and I'm aware of every muscle in my body. It usually occurs after my workouts for several hours, but when it is before bed I can't sleep.
I have tried L-theanine, but it doesn't do much. I just need a way to get my body to chill.
Maybe it is because I'm getting older....
I was thinking about Kratom, or some other natural shit.
