im 5'7 188lbs right now at about 16%bf im traing for bulk right now but i need help setting up a good 12week program for training and diet ..im 25 and been lifting for many years on and off but im really getting back into it now the problem is when i train other beginers i can keep them on a program but when i set one up for myself i always find myself wandering from it ...i know i need to do alot more cardio and a much better diet which im working on as we speek i also was training in bjj and am looking to get back into it for some novice mma local fights a point in the right direction would be great i know nothings free but i dont have a ton of money and my overpriced local trainers are better suited for the 40yr old buisness man looking to get healthy they dont know shit about stacking weight and getting lean and strong thanx JOHN
