Need Help!!! I am picking out!!!

I have been working out for about 6 month every other day, and about 2 hours of work out, I am focusing on triceps, biceps, and little bit of chest, but mainly just arms. I noticed that I am not growing anymore, I’ve been eating Tuna + eggs + egg protein shake, after every work out at everything was fine, but now, i am not growing.
Help me, do I need to change all of my exercise.
I alsa heard that by working out legs, the testosteron will kick in, and my muscles will start to grow again.
So help me please.

at least throw in some carbs with your meal after your workout

all ur answers are there plus more....

most people (well maybe just me) dont really help unless u are willing to do research on your own first...

by not training your entire body (not in one workout) you are really shortchanging yourself, not to mention, asking for an injury.

Read articles bro..........your missing 80% of training ...your arms are overtrained....3 days a week of arms and a little chest isnt going to work...
 
Read, read, read. You never give the arms a chance to recover. They won't grow if you don't.
 
believe it or not if u do arms once a week sometimes they grow even better..i was hitting arms 2 times and i switched now they stay full all the time..but i still try to hit it 2 times..the key is to know your body enough to hit it hard then let it recup..just cause your working em hard doesn't mean they'll grow..proper rest is necessary
