I have been working out for about 6 month every other day, and about 2 hours of work out, I am focusing on triceps, biceps, and little bit of chest, but mainly just arms. I noticed that I am not growing anymore, I’ve been eating Tuna + eggs + egg protein shake, after every work out at everything was fine, but now, i am not growing.
Help me, do I need to change all of my exercise.
I alsa heard that by working out legs, the testosteron will kick in, and my muscles will start to grow again.
