Need help making my protein mix

Hey guys, I love using True Protein which is one of the sponsors i noticed. Im just wondering if anyone could share their special "mixes" and explain why u add that amount of that particular item to your mix.

I just cant decide what to add in and how much, there just is so many choices!!!!

Any help would be awesome, I'm looking to create the best protein shake possible to help me grow.

premium choc is all that I've but it's very good. Plus skip likes it and he's an animal.

as far as blends go, this is a very good one. if you handle the beef protein well then you may consider doing a half half mix of micellar casein and beef.
