need help w/ water retention from hgh!

ive been taking hgh for 3 weeks..started w/ 2iu now im doin 3 iu..i took 3 weeks off from the gym and when i went back today i saw that i gained 21lbs...above my sock line is really swollen...do ya need to take lasix when using hgh??

if its too bad then drop your dose back a little.like back to 2iu.and take it a little slower the water will subside in a bit.

HGH shouldnt cause you to pack on 21 lbs of water! I could see 5-10 maybe. I never had trouble retaining that much off of it and I was taking a bit more. Did you get the swollen hands and tingling in your fingers? I had that bad when I first started. Hands going numb.

Have you had any other symptoms besided the weight gain? Wonder why you took 3 weeks off from the gym. Were you feeling sick?

yeh im getting the swollen hands, some carpal tunnel, and hands going numb as im sleeping. this is my 1st time using hgh...

i had a decreased appetite for 1.5 yrs so i couldnt really gain weight...im 235 off and 245 on but thats w/ an appetite problem...i think im eating much more since i started hgh so i guesss this is what i needed....im starting a cycle april 1, using hgh too

yeh so maybe this weight gain is more attributable to inc. in calories w/ some water gain...i think thats more accurate now that i thought it over

There are many good herbal diuretics you could try. Now makes one called Water Out and Solgar makes Herbal Diuretic, or straight dandelion. All work well for me.

I had problems first 3 weeks of using HGH with swollen hands and couldnt make a fist. Also joints were killing me. I was using 2 iu's a day
my HR Dr. prescribed me some diuretics and it went away, now after 3 m of using GH im fine and no sides.
