Need help with digestive problems on cycle

Drop the shake for a few days. Cheap whey could be the reason.
Try some Metamucil pills or maybe Philips' Milk of Magnesia.

Or you could also try increasing your fiber intake, say 5g or so with every meal.

If that doesnt work, how about taking caffeine pills? Whenever I take them- usually ONLY before a workout- I always got to use the can. 200mg is all I need.

Something about speeding up my metabolism...and doing something to the smooth muscle tissue that lines the digestive tract. There is a word for this I think but I cant think of it at the moment


Another thing u might look at is L-glutamine powder, it has been proven to help the digestive system (possibly by increasing absorption of all nutrients) not to mention, it boosts your immune system too.

Same goes for Soy protein, but some people can smell pretty bad when taking it (hint hint)
 
Your problem most likely stems from putting uncooked oats into a very high calorie shake. I also agree with the other posts that suggest that you take a digestive enzyme as well as Sugar Free metamucil.
 
I started my cycle on Saturday June 2nd. So I am only about a week and a half in. For the first week everything felt great. This Sunday June 10, I woke up with a stomach ache and really just felt like I needed to take a huge dump. To say the least, I couldn’t. Monday, I still couldn’t. Tuesday morning I finally did and I felt a little better until that night, when the same feeling returned. I have never had problems with constipation before. When my stomach is like this, I cannot eat enough or workout hard enough to grow. I’m looking for a little help as to what is causing the constipation/stomache problems. What should I continue using? What should I cut out?

I am running:

500 mg Test E weekly
300 mg Eq weekly
30 mg Dbol daily (split into three doses)
.5 mg Arimidex daily

The rest of everything looks like this.

2 g CEE daily
1.5 g AEE daily
1 AST Multipro 32x vitamin (twice a day)

2 tabs perfect cycle liver support (twice a day)
2 Now 550mg Hawthorne berry capsules (twice a day)
2 Now Red Yeast Rice (600 mg) with CoQ10 (30 mg) (twice a day)
4 g Fish oil
1 tbsp Flax oil

And a weight gainer shake made with:

2 cups skim milk
2 or 3 scoops of ON 100% whey protein
½ cup steel ground oats
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp flax seed oil

I usually try to eat between 4000-5000 calories a day. I don’t eat fried foods, drink soda, or eat dessert/snack foods. I wish I kept better track of my calorie intake to know the exact numbers and carb/fat/protein ratios to give you guys. If you determine my diet to be the cause of this problem I can go a lot more in depth into what I eat.

I am 6’0 175 pounds with 8% bf. This is my first cycle with injections. I have done oral cycles in the past (superdrol and halodrol) but never used dbol before.

I use probotics everyday to keep me reg. You may want to look into this
 
check the colonic thread....

the oats are prob causing a problem like dusty said...

get some thing with some fennel seed in it or a good colon cleanse product... keep the diet clean.....
 
The raw outs in shakes mess my stomach up big time, so I stopped doing that and it helped. Also take some Metamucil and some natural laxatives helps greatly. I get this all the time dieting.
 
That garbage protein did the same thing to me which sucked because I bought a 10lb bag of it. It took about a week of not eating too much and losing a few pounds before I felt better and could start eating more. So I went and bought some CytoGainer(stuff made by muscle milk ppl) and now I feel great and I gained the weight back plus 5 pounds.
