Need help with gaining weight( for gf)

She does eat a lot for her body type but she is looking for a weight gainer shake when she doeant have time to eat..... But she is allergic to wheat she said she likes ensure but they are too expensive. Anyone have any suggestions

Well I just saw an ad on TV last last night and they were selling some new weight gain pills. What will they think of next.

Seriously though Ensure is cheap compared to a good quality meal replacement powder.

Perhaps she needs a modification in her diet and training or you could just give her some Anavar

My go to shake is 1 cup 2% milk, 44g unflavored WPI (40g of protein), 20-30g peanut butter, and a banana. I usually have 25-50g of some kind of moderately healthy carb on the side.

Full fat cottage cheese with natural honey mixed in! MMMmmmm

Takes approx 2 mins to slam a 300g pot of that down you, is natural and has the added benefit of calcium which is important for the ladies

Also whole milk if it really has to be a drink would be good! Chuck it in a blender with a banana and honey and your set!

God bless good genetic. My girl is relatively similar. Ive been trying to get her to workout with weights, nothing crazy, as I like a wee little bit more muscle tone

She was totally against weight training cause she said when she used to work out she lost her ass and stood the same size but I explained the whole diet thing she seems to be a little more interested ...I don't care either way... I've never been with a girl that was into the gym anyway
