Hello everyone, and thank you for haveing such a wonderful site for me to post my message to you. First off i am really and truely looking for help to bodybuild,i have always been the skinny guy growing up and i have always wanted to train and become bigger.i have tried many times and failed which is almost worse than haveing done nothing at all.My diets are wrong my routines are wrong and i am basicly clueless.and in need of help from someone with experience.I am willing to do anything asked of me and i promise with someones guidance i will give it 100%.PLEASE HELP ME.

Here is a description of me, I am just around 10st 10lb or 150 pounds. i am 5' 11" tall i am most definitly a hard gainer,always have been,i seem to be stuck at my current weight forever, im 25 years old, healthy, and im from ireland.

I would really love to gain possably another 35-40 pounds,that would be fantastic,however this is where i need the help. im lost at sea from here on out. i dont know much about supplements or other enhancers. i am willing to go down mild oral steroid use if needed,.(no needles) or some form of mild booster/enhancer i dont know where i can get any of this from,but i do have credit card and internet. so being from ireland im pretty sure i will have to buy abroad. Or perhaps i dont need these at all.however it would be nice to just get a little kickstart and boost

I think what i mainly need for now,is mass and muscle.im pretty skin tight in my body at the moment.which is why i want to change.

Im not asking for miracles and i only want to look good and fit clothes nicely,im not trying to enter competitions or anything,and if you could please help and guide me i would be ever so grateful.

Please take my advice and hire a trainer off of here. There are tons of good ones (Shelby, Phil, Alex, Mountaindog, mainevent, iabadman, etc...). I have been lifting on and off for about 20 years. I have been serious and i have been lacking. I have been all over the map. At one time i was 5'11", weighed 225 lbs and had a bf % of 9%.

With all of this being said, i hired Shelby on september 1 and couldnt be happier. There have been tons of improvements and new finding in diet and supplements since i started and i just wanted someone who knew what to do. Hiring a trainer like these guys, keeps the thinking out of your corner!! All you have to do, is follow their instructions, eat what they say at the times they say and then just train.

You will waste more money on worthless supplements, foods, gear not to mention all the lost time you will waste in the gym.

You will be money ahead to hire a trainer.
 
Start in the Beginners section and go to Big A's growth principals for beginners.

I could not have said it better. I too have been training for a long while and since working with a professional I have made more progress toward my goal than I ever have on my own and I did lots of reading/research over the years trying to find the "magic". The fact is there is no such "magic", but hiring a trainer is the best decision for your goals IMO. You couldn't go wrong with any of the guys on here. I suggest you interview each of them so to speak to see who you are most comfortable with and who you believe fits your needs the best.
 
more tailored plan

no offence,but I am kinda looking for a more tailored plan than just a middle of the road plan for everybody so to speak. some of u have mentioned trainers on here than can work with me on diet excercise n stuff. do i just private message these trainers or is there a forum to get them on? im soooo keen to get started,i just need help? and as great as all these forums are,sometimes there is too much info, so many different plans and routines,i just need a more specific one for myself
 
Yes you can just pm them. Most of them have websites. LIke i said, i hired shelby and couldnt be happier. There are people on here that hired phil, alex, mountaindog etc. You can also pm them and ask them about their experiences with the trainers. Your diet and exercise program will be tailored to YOU!
