Need help with math on reconstituting

Few years ago I used to get PGE-1 in a 2mg vial. I believe I added 2cc of bac water. I then only used tiny 5iu for my shot.

New vial is now dosed at 400mcg per vial. How much bac water do I need to add to be in the same doseage range??

If you reconstitute with 1ml bac water the 10 line on the slin pin would be 40mcg of pge-1. The 5 line would be 20mcg of pge-1.

To get it at the same dosage per iu you would add .4ml.

You were previously at 100mcg per iu and that would get you to the same ratio. If you were doing 5iu (500mcg) previously then you were doing more than the entire amount of the new vial. Don’t know anything about PGE dosing but from that it sounds like the new vials are one single dose…..or you have your numbers mixed up on the original one, again don’t know PGE dosing at all to judge that.

Ya he just would have 8 days compared to 40, but the dosing on the syringe would be identical. I never mixed this stuff either, .4mL may not be enough to dissolve, so keep that in consideration.
