Need help with my computer

Hey guys, i am not getting my instant e mail notifications since like one week a go. maybe i did touch something on my computer and i stoped it or so.
I have also not getting my e mail on my hotmail account from my cyber-rights account.

what country are you in and what program are you using for email?
is it Outlook?
I am assuming English also.
