Need help with PCT cycle. PLEASE HELP!!

About to start a 6 week cycle of test prop @ 350mg a week, tren A @ 300 mg week, and anadrol @ 50 mg a day. Will run test prop for two more weeks after 6 weeks of tren A is completed. Need help with putting together a solid PCT, heard clomid and a novadex are good, but what would would be mg dosing per week, also if theres anything else please let me know. Really appreciate the help. i'll post updates with stats and strength gains.

i ran a similar cycle, except i used halo instead of anadrol. I did this:

500 iu HCG 2X per week throughout cycle
.5 mg arimidex EOD with tren and prop shots

3 days after last shot of test prop:

50mg clomid
20mg nolva for 4 weeks

supplements
5g creatine
5g glutamine
10g BCAA
3X per day

ZMA before bed
Tribulus 2g per day
