need help with the waist!

First show is in 20 days and i am not sure about my waist at this point, im doing everything right(diet, cardio, drugs) but just cant seem to get that tight feeling in the midsection and love handles.

any suggestions?

First of all, welcome to the board!

What seems to be the problem w/ the waist?... Are we talking about fat or loose skin? Maybe bloating and edema?...

Couple thoughts.

Prep. H for loose skin. Thiomucase, if you can find it.

Try yohimbine for fat burning. You could even try a local application with a transdermal carrier (DMSO is a common, but smelly one).

Maybe you're bloated from milk / dairy?...

Are you constipated?... Perhaps you have the beginning of an impacted colon.

Are you using anti-e's?... These will not only help prevent sides, etc., but will help w/ fat mobilization.

i m pretty sure its loose skin since i started to diet with a high bf%. i am currently using prep h with the saran wrap and will be using up some leftover thiomucase the last 3 days. i am not constipated at all and i dont eat or drink dairy products since 5 weeks out(except a little bit of eggs on carb depletion days). i am also using nolva at 20 mg/day.

Would you recommend using some t3 for the last 10 days as a last ditch effort(i have 10 150mg syntroids left over)

I had the EXACT problem as you described. Wylde had me do the daily double thing (on top of workouts) - two, 45-min cardio session "ED." I did this from 8 weeks out until a week ago. It wasn't until the last 2 weeks that I really tightened up in the waist. My concern is sagging skin, but I know that I'm a bit older than you :)

I've done the thiomucase, then tan; prep H, then tan and results have not been to my satisfaction. I may try the HOT bath with epsoms salt then prep H and into the tanning bed. I only have until Saturday.

I would try the prep H or thimucase! I also now there are places in my area that do waist raps! Basically a really hot towel around your waist that sucks all the water out of it! Most people loose 1-2 inches from just doing that. I have done it before(not before a show) and it worked great, though I dunno how it will work when you are extremly lean. You might want to try it!
 
I'm very leary about using T-3. My prior experiences were not good with T-3.

Wyld had me on a relatively low dose, 60mcg along with 150mcg clen. But I'm also taking a TON of other AAS! I quit taking the T-3/Clen on Tuesday when I started taking spironolactone.

I really don't know if adding it this late in the game will contribute much.

Sounds like you've got the right idea.

It may take some time for your skin to shrink to fit your smaller waist - the younger you are the faster this will happen.

I don't go much over 10% BF off-season and still find what Xcel mentioned - it takes a bit longer for the skin to shrink to match the reduced fat mass.

As an aside - a funny story, relayed to me 2nd hand. A fellow (in his 40's) was doing the Body For Life Challenge. He lost a shitload of fat in just a few months, but was left with a lot of loose skin around his waist. In his after-photos, he used clear masking tape to pull his skin back for front shots and to the front for back shots!!! Couldn't even tell from the pics, apparently.

I wouldn't try that onstage, though... LOL
