Okay guys have been on palumbos diet for 8 weeks and am down to 200lbs w/5%bf.4 more weeks till my first show and I have my last week down to what I'm gonna do.The last 2 weeks I've experimented by taking out the cheat meal and taking away my chicken and substituting fish instead and I've noticed I got a little flat.So last night I had my last cheat meal,but my question is for the next 3 weeks do I still drop the chicken and instead of cheating do I maybe have 2 cups of oatmeal every 5 days?I mean I really need help on these last 3 weeks as once I take out the cheat meal shouldn't I replenish w/something?The fish idea I got on this forum,but I don't think it works foe me and I also dropped my fats to about .5g per lb.
