My family has a history of back n neck problems that stem from weak joints, n ligaments n tendons.. Tired of them going outta wack from either going heavy or just plain sleeping wrong.. Have to get adjusted at least once or twice a month.. And affects my training every year.. I'm tired of itttt.. Is there any over the counter supps or other supps that can help me.??? Stuff that really works.. Thanks n advance..
