Guys, I am having some real problems with my elbows lately, according to the pic below, it is mu Ulnar Collatoral Ligament "anteroir portion" connects the humerus(4 arm bone) to the Ulna, (bottom upper arm bone) runs on the bottom of the elbow basically between the ball and socket on the inside edge. I love doing french presses with heavy weight, and lately the damn ligament feels like a old dried out piece of bailing twine being used to pull out a stuck F350. Damn thing starts burning and hurting and feels like its going to pop. Here is what I am taking, 10g fish oil, 500 mg COQ10, 4 tbsp Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid complex, and Pure Nutritions joint support formula with every meal HELP ME PLEASE!

Have you read up on adequan? **broken link removed** If you can`t find it ichon works just as good and is cheaper. It`s great for joints/cartilidge not sure if it will help your problem that sounds to be tendons

Thanks guys, already run 2.5 mg thymosin beta a week, so I've got that covered. I will look into the rest of this stuff. Will go to the vitamin shop today and see whats local. Thanks a lot to all of those that responded. I may drop my NPP for 600 and into duce 300mg of good ol deca and see if that makes any changes. I just love the way npp is a dry bulk, only water I hold is from the rips.
 
Research curcumin... Ergo should hav it back in a few weeks...

Like glucosamine, all these things are for cartilage and have nothing to do with with ligaments or tendons.

The OP is either overworking or doing something mechanically incorrect that is causing the issue.

I am lifting 6-7 day a week, following phils training split, so tris are getting hit 4+ days a week, with 2 arms/shoulder days, and 2 chest/back days. And I don't really see how my form would be so far off that it's causing ligament issues with french presses, and cable work for tri's, been doing these for years and just now having a problem, I don't know if its because of the heavier weights brought on by my new found strength on cycle.
 
I highly recommend using Cissus. It's incredible how my knees don't hurt if I run sprints.
