Guys, I am having some real problems with my elbows lately, according to the pic below, it is mu Ulnar Collatoral Ligament "anteroir portion" connects the humerus(4 arm bone) to the Ulna, (bottom upper arm bone) runs on the bottom of the elbow basically between the ball and socket on the inside edge. I love doing french presses with heavy weight, and lately the damn ligament feels like a old dried out piece of bailing twine being used to pull out a stuck F350. Damn thing starts burning and hurting and feels like its going to pop. Here is what I am taking, 10g fish oil, 500 mg COQ10, 4 tbsp Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid complex, and Pure Nutritions joint support formula with every meal HELP ME PLEASE!
