need precontest cycle advice

16 weeks
750mg test enth run weeks 1-16
600mg primo run weeks 1-16(never run before)
100mg tren ace eod up to show
add 60mg var 50mg winny ed last 8 weeks or run throughout

gh 4iu 6 days on 1 off

clen/t3 not sure when to run this( last 8 weeks only?)

any help would be appreciated

currently on 750mg test e /800mg eq/80 mg var 4iu gh 5 on/2 off

220lbs 5' 8"

So, what is the question? Looks to me to be plenty of goodies to hold your lean mass. Now focus on your nutrition, training and cardio.
 
sorry shoulda been more specific....should i run the win/var throughout or just last 8 weeks and how should i run clen/t3...diet cardio training all gtg just need some help with the drug part thankss
 
8 wks, i think your liver should be able to handle two orals at that dose and i also think you should lower the crap out of test and bump others up to match the total mg currently (or not your call) since this is pre contest use all the exotic goodies that are meant to be anabolic,,,,test is just an androgen for boning compared to other AAS in terms of growth.

its just some obvious thing i came to realize recently lol.

what do you think?
 
if it were me i would run the var throughout,and throw the winny in the last 4-6 weeks.should have you poppin bro.peace
 
I agree that you should leave the winny for last 4 to 6 weeks, and maybe switch to test Prop also on those weeks , I retain the least water on prop.
 
u really think the test is too high? this cycle is really similar to something I got from a friend who had an IFBB pro do his prep for him last year
 
Honestly, imo ... you can really run almost anything, with an good anti-E...and get crazy lean with the correct diet and cardio (along with training program)

I kinda believe in the old palumbo cycle for precontest...its 2 phase's ...Use basic stuff the first half, then the final 6-8 weeks..run products that dont make you hold water weight...and get you denser, dryer,grainy, stone like...LOL !!!

weeks 12-6
test e or c (or even sust) 500-100mg per week (depending on size and experiance with aas)

deca (or just eq) or both....600mg total, 300mg of each compound, or one at 300-600mg

an oral like d bol or anadrol (20-40mg for d bol per day), anadrol (50-100mg per day)

anti E - like arimadex .5 mg EOD

HGH 4iu's per day ED (ofcourse people go higher, and sometimes much higher)

Clen and T3 (doses depend on conditioning, and metabolism)

weeks 6-1 show

test prop or susp. - 100mg to 200mg EOD (or some people do 100mg ED)
winny v orals (20-40mg) inj. (100mg EOD)
tren ace - 50mg -100mg EOD
masteron - 50mg 100mg EOD

HGH 4iu's up to 2 weeks out, then some cut it out, some run it at 2 iu's per day...some believe once they drop HGH that they get harder, dryer without the side effects of not holding water weight...Along with running Aldactone for the last week...

T3 and Clen - doses depend on conditioning..but probably should be lowering the dose a tad bit to not lose the muscle....If you not lean enough now, then diet/cardio is the only thing left to play with...Upping the doses on T3 will just make you flater, and softer...

This is my way of thinking as well, except for a couple differences. Drop GH 6 days out, possibly dropping prop as well.
