Have you had a blood work up lately? If not you might consider it. Some women becom Hypothyridic after pregnancy. You metabolic rate may be in the tank as it was when you were prego, you dont want to stay in that state. If you happen to have hypothyroidism the doc will prescribe T4. It can be a godsend if you need it.

I agree with the above post's about training and diet. Anabolic's are not the answer at least not now. I would get rid of the fat before I would consider the use of any anabolic.
