yeah I am divided in the middle of chocolate and banana ...

I dont like to bug Phil on every little thing oh BTW i just got my DHEA in today ..they say only take one a day but didnt sat wht time .. whts the best time should i take them and wht they really do to you body ??

If it's about your diet just ask him, you paid for his services and you're representing him with your body in the end. I dont think he'll mind.
He gave instructions as to when to take DHEA
