Need some advice with my diet. I just started on a cycle of:
Test E 600mg
Tren E 500mg
tbol 60mg ed
t3 cytomel 25mg ed
bromo 2.5mg ed
arimidex .5 eod
hcg 500iu a week
I am already kinda bloated and gained a lil fat. Im 5'8 165lbs 10% bf trying to do a clean lean bulk cycle. I thought my diet was pretty clean. I dont know i might be sensitive to carbs. Here is what my diet looks like:
Meal 1 breakfest
6 liquid egg whites
1 whole egg
¼ cup law fat cheese
½ cup oatmeal with ½ scoop protein
Meal 2
4oz chicken breast
1 tbs BBQ sauce for flavor
1cup of greens
1tbs of liver cod oil
Meal 3
5oz of ground lean beef
1 cup of greens
1 cup of brown rice
workout
Meal 4
Post workout shake
2 scoops of protein
1 banana
½ cup oatmeal
Meal 5
4oz chicken breast
½ cup brown rice
Meal 6 before bed
2 scoops protein
1 tbs cod liver oil
I am probably consuming about 2200 to 2500 cals, 60g to 70g of fat, 140g to 150g carbs, sodium intake is around 1500g and protein 230g to 250g. what am I doing wrong? Is my diet bad? What do I need to change? I do not want to gain any more fat.
