need some help
I like to be prepared so who here does diets for shows? I will be haveing one next sept and I have all my gear ready to go and its just time between me and the show now. this is a pic of me the last time i dieted down for my wedding i was 235 and now i am 270 i have a pic of me now but i need to finnish the film first. I am 6 feet tall so i will be getting up to about 285-290 this winter so i will not look like a stick when i compeat. if somebody can help shot me a pm or email me at [email protected]. thanks guys
