I'm 6'0 235lbs 8% bf total ecto looking for adding some muscle mass and strength in upcoming competition in 8 weeks. Any help would be appreciated!!

meal1
2 cups oatmeal
2tbsp natty peanut butter
1oz raisins
2 scoops whey protein

meal2
1 1/2C pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
7oz chicken

meal3
1 1/2 C white rice
7oz fish

meal4
2 scoops whey
2 tbsp natty pb
fruit

meal5
1 1/2 C white rice
7oz fish

meal6
2 scoops whey
2 tbsp natty pb
fruit

midnight: cottage cheese, na pb

snacks during the day when hungry: apples,nuts,cottage cheese

about 3500-4000 cals

training split:
monday-chest,calves (basics-bench,incline,dips 1-2 iso)
tuesday-legs (squats,front,hak squats,stiff leg deads,calves)
wednesday-off
thursday-back (deads,rows,pull ups 1-2 iso)
friday- strongman workout
saturday-strongman workout
sunday-cheat day

supps:
750mg sus ew weeks 1-10
40-50mg dbal ed weeks 1-4
equipose 400mg ew weeks 3-8
 
Eat more food

at your wieght, with the gear....IMHO (not even close to being a pro)....I would say more food. it looks like you are eating well below maintence for your size.

Getting ready for a show, I can understand being 200-300kcals below, but if you want to add size, it's food that going to do it.
