Need some help with gyno

Got small gyno one each side from tren, during last spring/summer. Stopped tren and started prami alittle after because I figured it was prolactin related. Cruised on test since. I know I messed up not taking prami earlier but I am hoping to at least reduce these lumps.

Now the lump in my right nipple has gotten smaller but I just noticed yesterday that my other lump has gotten bigger.

Trying to avoid letro b/c last time I used it it did not help and pretty much killed libido and couldn't get it up.

Should I up my prami dose?

I am thinking that I got the lumps from prami but then they got worse b/c I didn't stay consistent with AI. Is that possible?

were did you get you letro from cause i have had gyno in both sides an letro worked very well.

what dose did you use? the letro was good cause it killed my sex drive, and I couldnt even get it up after a couple days. It made me feel horrible and weak. I want to try something else or maybe start with a very low dose of letro

Run letro, start with a low dose and slowly work up to 2.5mgs a day, continue at 2.5mgs a day until the gyno reverses (probably will not go away completely but should shrink a lot), it took me 3 weeks at 2.5mgs a day to get rid of mine. Then slowly start tapering down the letro and at the same time slowly taper up Nolva and time it so that you hit 40mg/day of Nolva when you stop the letro, run the Nolva at 40 for 1-2 weeks, 20 for 2 weeks, and 10 for a week. Worked wonders for me


The libido issues does suck with Letro, but would you rather not be able to get it up for 1-2 months or be stuck with gyno forever? If your worried about the libido then wait until you do another cycle and do the Letro reversal while your on cycle, the test should help combat the libido issues.

That sounds like a good plan. But with my experience letro will not get rid of it completely. So basicly you can make it smaller but a lot of aas will agravate it and cause it to grow. You will be gyno prone til you get it cut out.

my favorite anti-gyno stack is aromasin, cabaser and toremifene.


Aromasin is easier on the HDL than letro, cabaser doesn't fuck my sleep up like prami does and troemifene seems to be more effective than nolvadex.

Yep even if it shrinks next time you cycle you are going to have the same problem. Only fix is to do what I did and get that shit cut out, it will do wonders for your self esteem if its as bad as mine was. I got the lipo to which IMO is why I was so sore for so long, I think if you just get the glands cut out its not that bad, not to mention half the price. Good luck!

Ok prami doesn't bother me or mess with my sleep so Im gonna stick with that but I am gonna and in aifm for alittle since I have it, then switch to aromasin if that doesn't work.

Letro just messes my whole body up, no libido i cant get it up and i feel horrible and depressed. Even when I start low and ramp up
