Training -
Monday / Thursay - Push (Chest 12 sets, delts 9 sets, triceps 9 sets)
Tuesday / Friday - Pull (Back 16 sets, biceps 9 sets, traps 3 sets)
Wednesday* / Saturday* - Legs (Quads 12 sets, hams 9 sets, calves 9 sets)
*might do legs 1 day a week, taking a day off on Wednesday or Saturday if feel the need.
