hey all. wanted to ask a few questions .. i workout in the mornings cuz of workin the afternoon.. ..
well my mornings look like this
breakfast 4eggs and 2toasts , protein shake in water and creatine then i go to the gym .. what i wanted to ask is i got sum stubborn fat on the bottom of my stomach i wnan get rid of could i go do my workout without eating first and jsut have my shake and creatine and do sum cardio as well .. or just have my breakfast and do cardio and workout when i get there wats best to help me get rid of the fat.. im training for bulk so im tryin to get as much muscle as i can but stay lean.. im around 73kgs around 12-14% bf i wnan get to 80 kgs my eating is ok i think i eat heaps of red meat and vegies everyday and tuna etc rice now and then.. i have no idea how many calories i take in a day but i eat ova 200g of protein a day.. and im natural..
