Need some Tuna help

Does anybody have any good suggestions about what to mix with Tuna besides mayo? I mean, it's tolerable....but....getting very old very quick! Maybe something that tastes alright, but would add an extra amount of protein also? -StOrY

U might puke at the thought of this but when you try it it's another story...... I take one can of drained albeqore chunk tuna put it in a blender w/ a glass of orange juice...blend it really good and suck it back!!! The OJ really drowns out the tuna taste (i do like the taste though) and makes it quick and easy to get a whole can of tuna down... I DARE you to try it before you puke on yourself thinking about it!! You will be surprised i promise!!

mix tuna and some cheese and put on a whole wheat tortilla is another option (nuke to melt cheese)

add veggies to the tuna/mayo to make a ghetto tuna caserole (peas, asparagus, etc)

I eat a can sometimes.
Usually its a line caught, olive oil packed.

Perfect for Keto dieting with a
grind of a three peppercorn blend and a shake of sea salt and garlic.

Try Miso paste, a Japanese condiment/ingredient.
or Sriracha, an Indonesian hot sauce that is hot/sweet,
balsamic vinegar in with the olive oil is a good change up.
Little wasabi in the fat free mayo and you got some variety there....

My new favorite way of eating Tuna!!!!

Just a little splash of Soy Sauce.....THATS IT!!! It's pretty damn good that way! Oh, I tried the Orange Juice/Tuna shake....I almost hurled!! lol

Tuna Burgers

3 packs tuna
2 eggs
1 egg wite
onions
scallions
whole wheat crackers or whole grain bread crushed up

Mix all of the ingredients up and form into patties. Cook in olive oil and put on a w/w hamburger bun.

thats what i do with black pepper and use tabasco most of the time. Its easy and basic and taste pretty good.

Add chopped celery for a crunch.

That and the OJ version sounds perfect for post workout..

I eat my tuna from the can, sometimes add hot sauce or bbq sauce, it's usually plain though or with some lemon...

I drain my tin of tuna and add it to a pan with a tin of chicken and veg soup, heat up and enjoy.

i got this off the back of one of those tuna creations packets of tuna, but it's pretty damned good.


TUNA QUESADILLAS
just take a bunch of tuna and add in shredded cheese and some cream cheese and mix it all together. then take 2 tortillas and put the tuna mixture in between them and throw it in a skillet covered with a little cooking spray. i just brown both sides and its good to go.

Also try horseradish as a seasoning. I know it sounds crazy.

I just throw on some salt pepper and olive oil, and good to go.
