I read big a beginners growth post changing everything around also started new diet only one thing that bothers me is how do I stay lean eating all this food It healthy but not sure if it will work out is there any good diet plans out there?

You need to figure out how much food is right for your particular metabolism and activty level. Also make sure your eating the RIGHT kind of food and not just calories. If you see fat piling on, then your eating too many cals (or not the right ones) for your bodytype
