When I was 20-22 on the juice I always needed some sort of AI. I remember having crazy flare ups with all sorts of stuff.
Now, I notice I take less sups, workout harder and am more disciplined. What I don't get is how those effect the estrogen levels in the body.
Has my body chemistry changed or is it both pieces working synergistically together?
