I wouldnt draw with anything larger than 22 gauge because it tears up the stopper too much and can cause little tiny chunks to be floating in the solution. this is especially true in the vials larger than 10 ml because you end up sticking it so many times.

I use a 23 gauge 1 inch for all my injects. Most are delts but once or twice a month I will use the same size for a glute if the volume exceeds 2 ml's.

1.5 inch for your glutes. 1 inch for quads. I use 23 to draw and inject. I dont
mind waiting a little longer

My 2 cents....

Ive used 22ga 1.5 inch for bout 20 years now. Im impatient and dont have time to spend 15 minutes pushin oil based gear through a 25 gauge needle.

I use 25 ga by 1 1/2"... what really helps for me is to stick syringeand needle in warm water and taking a a rag and putting it on wherever I'm injecting... I inject and then put warm rag on area and rub kinda hard to break up oil really helps me.... good luck

I do the exact same thing, only difference is I use a 25g 1"

I use 18G to draw and 23G for glute shots..25G for anything else.
I think i'll stick with 23G from now on, not much of a difference in discomfort. And its quicker to shoot with a 23G.

Can you use a 1.5 inch needle for delts and quads...1.5 is all i have on hand..i did a glute shot today which turned out fine but i dont think i will be able to do my left glute...so i need other places to shoot

yeah, just leave about .5 out, in other words don't put the entire 1.5 in your arm

whatever you do DO NOT use an 18G. I have had more problems with those things then ever.

I poke it in the vial nice and easy and next thing you know ive got a piece if rubber floating in there. It annoys the hell outta me

18g is waaaayyy to big IMO. Stick to a 21 or 23.

Im tired of worrying about whether or not i will be injecting rubber into my body.

Had to take a Box of 100 21g 1.5in......

They had a Burr at the end, i tried to Pin Glutes and it wouldn't go in So I grab another one and they all had a Double tip Burr on them, has anyone ever had this happen?
