He still coaches males. My buddy who competes in classic was with him until recently. Enjoyed his time with him but had to leave unfortunately due to his check in response times getting a bit absurd.

Kurt Havens seems to be trying to make a name for himself lately.

Although, his conversations are always focused on drugs, he doesn't ever seem to address training or nutrition.

Kurt Havens seems to be trying to make a name for himself lately.

Although, his conversations are always focused on drugs, he doesn't ever seem to address training or nutrition.

On his channel, he has lots of good videos on nutrition I’d recommend. I actually find them even more informative than his drug content.
