NERVE IMPINGEMENT/LACK OF ARM DEVELOPEMENT

I didn't have it in the neck, but in January 2007, I had surgery on my left shoulder to shave off a bone spur that was causing nerve impingement. Doesn't sound like much, but I'll tell you, it made doing a lot of movements painful. I would get numbness down my left arm, tingling sensations, etc. Eventually I got the spur shaved off, and it's like nothing ever happened. Good luck bro. Hope you can find some relief soon.

I think i remember in another post you saying that your on GH right? Numb hands are a common side effect of this.... It wakes me up at night sometimes.

havent been on gh in about 3 months. ran out waiting for my order. but this problem has been ongoing for over 2 yrs. the pain and numbness is just happening more and more often now. currently on 1g test e/wk, 500mg tren e/wk, winny and t3. thats all. the numbness and pain woke me up about 10 times last night. trained arms yesterday and my strength is way down. getting so much of the work in my forearms (im very strict with form). so much that my hands would hurt after a couple sets.

How much are you squeezing with your hands?

You should squeeze as little as possible, just to get the weight up

i keep my grip into consideration when curling. i try not to squeeze too hard. but its been 3 days since arm day. bi's and tri's still a little sore but fores are hammered. im being told to see a nuerologist to get the nerves fixed. has anyone had this done? if so whats the surgery/rehab like?

you need to see a neurologist and have an EMG and NCV studies done. this will determine if you do have a neuropathy or radiculopathy...you do have positive findings on your MRI
