Nettles Root

Has anyone had an experience with this herb? Ive read up on it a bit, but havent been able to actually read about someone using it. Thanx.

My test levels are through the roof, and am looking for a way to free it up. My SHBG is high also.

I have used Nettle Root in the past during a good DVD viewing when I didn't have access to the Proviron movie. It is used in hopes of freeing up bound test by binding to the SHBG receptor. Seemed to do its job well for me.

Good post. Of the items listed, i think D3 and nettle would be the least reliable in lowering shbg.

Totally different.

One is an herb with a zillion phyto-chemicals. The other is an hormone, a single compound.

DHEA, in men, does not increase test levels, unless aromatase is inhibited. DHEA lowers SBHG in women (by 40%), but not in men (5% only).

If you want higher free test, take more test or try proviron or masteron on top of test.

oral winstrol also has the same SHBG effect as proviron and Masteron but to a lesser degree.
