Never Hungry, especially in the morning - newbie diet help

I'm gonna be 50 in less than 3 months and I'm looking to drop BF. I workout first thing in the morning fasted. I can get to 3pm before I really start thinking about food.

I'm 6 feet maybe 215, maybe closing in on 10% BF. I have been on perhaps the heaviest cycle ever. I'm on 3 ius Blacktops, and 2mls of Gauls 50/50/50 Tren Test Mast EOD. Prami 50 ED and .5 Anas EOD. GAULS is great stuff.

I feel great, this has been going on a bit less than a month. My body is starting to noticibly change.

If I operate at a deficit caloric intake will that predominantly result in fat loss, or is it gonna eat up muscle. I just finished my workout, it's 7:30 am and I have zero interest in eating. No doubt I'm becoming malnurished, but I look good.

The thought of oatmeal, protein powder, fruit has zero appeal. Maybe I have a stomach tumor? Kidding.

I bought a cartfull of MuscleMilk drinks yesterday because I like them and can force them down without too much trouble.

I eat around 3 and around 7. I doubt I'm getting in 2000 calories. Lets assume my diet should be thrown out the window. I'm not looking for anything extreme, directionally- what should I be eating.

I would try to eat more than 2 times a day and I would try to force feed myself first thing in the morning. Even if you eat the same amount of calories I think spreading them out instead of just 2 meals could help increase your appetite and speed up your metabolism.

Coach - Have you ruled out the fact that its one of or a combination of multiple drugs? Youre much more experience than I am but I cannot imagine any atrophy happening here, even on school girl calories. My humble opinion would be not to force feed, and this will work itself out naturally. I do understand your desire to get it ironed out quickly and make the most of your gear use tho.
 
Coach, try to eat 3 times a day and 3 shakes. We are about the same age, PM me and I will tell you what I eat. I don't do on a public forum to respect the trainers here.
 
have you thought about warrior diet? or IF? basically its what u are doing, unconsciously, am i right?

if you dont have any specific goal in terms of BB, just try to hit maintenance kcal by eating more on those 2 or 3 or as many meals as u want.

Mix in a couple of doobies that will make u eat, it helps me focus while lifting too
 
ya 3 meals and 3 shakes is a staple of mine. for real life purposes and hunger issues.

Fast Cardio is an excellent way to burn fat. I would not lift weights in a fasted state though.

Just get use to drinking shakes. don't think about it just pound it. chug them. hold your noes and get it down. I can drink a 8 ounce 2 scoop shake in like 2 seconds. Just how it goes sometimes. If your feeling on the wild side put oatmeal in your shake.
 
Cach, It could be gut issue as well. Do you take any probiotics or digestive enzymes? IT could just be you dont feel like eating too. I go through that for a week or 2 every couple of months.
 
I'd try to get in a shake before training or even during.

Have a shake afterward and you can start with the whole foods as an early lunch.

I have the same problem with not being hungry in the morning. I usually wait a little while before eating, but I don't train until 4-6 so I have more opportunity to get in food before then.
 
ive heard tren kills appetite. maybe hit some b12 up. supposed to make you good and hungry as long as your liver is in good health.

It's 10am, ate last night at 7pm. Just sitting on the couch reading with dogs. Watching the family eat doughnuts. Not hungry, but I feel great.
 
That is exactly how I was too. It would be 3-4 pm and my girlfriend would ask what did I eat that day...and I'd be like, "uhh an apple?". Didn't really think about it unless someone brought it to my attention cuz it didn't affect me. I was still full of energy.

For me though, it was my routine and what my body was used to, guess that's why i didn't notice. When I broke that routine and started eating in the a.m. and through out the day, my body and mind both improved.

Try breaking your routine for a week and eat in the a.m. Maybe you'll get used to it and like it. Good luck.
