I'm gonna be 50 in less than 3 months and I'm looking to drop BF. I workout first thing in the morning fasted. I can get to 3pm before I really start thinking about food.
I'm 6 feet maybe 215, maybe closing in on 10% BF. I have been on perhaps the heaviest cycle ever. I'm on 3 ius Blacktops, and 2mls of Gauls 50/50/50 Tren Test Mast EOD. Prami 50 ED and .5 Anas EOD. GAULS is great stuff.
I feel great, this has been going on a bit less than a month. My body is starting to noticibly change.
If I operate at a deficit caloric intake will that predominantly result in fat loss, or is it gonna eat up muscle. I just finished my workout, it's 7:30 am and I have zero interest in eating. No doubt I'm becoming malnurished, but I look good.
The thought of oatmeal, protein powder, fruit has zero appeal. Maybe I have a stomach tumor? Kidding.
I bought a cartfull of MuscleMilk drinks yesterday because I like them and can force them down without too much trouble.
I eat around 3 and around 7. I doubt I'm getting in 2000 calories. Lets assume my diet should be thrown out the window. I'm not looking for anything extreme, directionally- what should I be eating.
