I went to a Chiro just to see if they could do anything to help while I was waiting on my appointment for ART that is this coming tuesday. He took a look at my x-rays, took a few more and made a few adjustments in my neck and Bam. Shoulder and bicep working fine. I mean it is still weaker from being detrained but that's nothing that a little work in the gym can't fix.
Anyone having any problems with unilateral weakness like I had may want to give this a try, it did work for my particular problem. First thing I did was go to a sports medicine doctor, get x-ray's and an EMG done. That doctor wanted me to get in for therapy at rothman institute but without health insurance that was impossible financially. he gave me some recommendations for Chiro's he knew and thought were good, and it worked.
