Coming back from a long layoff is oh SO depressing and you feel like a pansy!! But you gotta expect that. I've found it is best to prepare for it, know you're gonna go in there and feel, look and lift like a shemale and just get through a week or two's worth of sessions as best you can without beating yourself up.
