What gym do you train at? Cool pics.
For the 200 lb dumbells you could get some power hooks and probably use them pretty safely.

the gym I trained at did not go over 150's and when I used the hooks I would get 2-3 more reps. Of course you don't need the power hooks if you can get 2 people to hand them to you equally LOL

The gym's name is Iron-Warehouse no tv's for the cardio and no air conditioners.
My best on the incline dumbbell press is 150's for 8 reps but i had to have them positioned and helped up to the top to do it.
I might try them out in a couple of weeks using them as my first exercise.
I know 10 years ago when i benched 525 raw in the 220lb class and 605 with a single ply shirt.I feel 4-6 reps would be awesome but then again a torn pec could be a result at 45 years of age.
I have a pair of the hooks so maybe he might let me use elbow sleeves?

I really need to buy these and bring them to the gym I train at...I blame most of my shoulder issues from having to get heavy weight up with no help. If the dumbells were handed to me it would be ideal but these things are the next best thing. I've always wanted to get them.

Trained at the one near Perimeter Mall recently while in ATL - no way I could train there on a regular basis unless it was the only option.

Not to derail but i'm on my 2nd pair of these hooks.... IMO they need to make the strap more heavy duty....the velcro ends up tearing off...great tool though...
